Gray Step Software, Inc. provides a suite of web-based management tools geared for student body organizations to assist in accounting and student productivity. The following is a brief description of each product:

ASBWorks – A web-based student fund management solution with full general ledger capabilities, integrated point of sale system, and customizable webstore.

myPTEZ – myPTEZis an interactive and expertly designed Fund Management Solution.

Event Tracker – A live and fully integrated check in/check out system that using scanning and barcode technology from generated participant lists for any event.

Polling Works – Web-based election and polling system designed for schools, parent organizations, student clubs and school districts.

Booster Finance – Accounting system designed for booster clubs and other non-profit organizations with customizable webstore.

What Information is Collected?

Gray Step Software, Inc. provides it’s customers with a variety of software solutions.

The following is collected in our software from our customers for proper software management in our system:

Student Identification Number, Student Name, Mailing Address, Home Phone, Grade Level

The following information is collected from users for web-store purchases through our website:

Name, Email Address

Gray Step Software, Inc. maintains procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of all pupil records and transactions including but not limited to designing and training appropriate individuals on ensuring the security and confidentiality of pupil records.  All customer information is maintained in a secure datacenter, publicly accessible only through a state of the art, encrypted firewall using the latest TLS encryption. Our server facility is guarded 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, and requires card and two-factor biometric authentication for access.

Acquisition/Sale of Company

Gray Step Software, Inc. may share information with another company in an occurrence of an acquisition or merger of our organization. In such transaction, Gray Step Software will use discretion and treat all information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Gray Step Software, Inc. is in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Gray Step Software, Inc. websites are meant to be accessed to individuals 13 years and older.
